WAI performed an assessment study of the existing church and advised the client on upgrades for the mechanical, electrical, lighting, and plumbing systems for the design phase of the project. Following the study WAI completely redesigned the lighting of the building with the exception of the sanctuary lighting. As a part of our lighting design, we retrofitted the sanctuary with conduit for future lighting and a lighting control system. We also designed exterior concepts for the lighting which features included statue lighting as well as the use of LED fixtures. This project was put on hold after the Design Development stage was completed.
