New Army Reserve Centers, US Army Corps of Engineers

The following three projects were designed simultaneously in 1993. WAI provided MPE design as part of a team contracted to the Baltimore District of the Army Corps of Engineers. These projects were designed by the AE team through the 35% phase. Afterwards, the Baltimore District revised the AE team's design contract and directed the AE team to develop design-build solicitations. The contracts were revised again for the AE team to provide design review services.

Systems included: overhead vehicle exhaust, welding exhaust hoods, carbon monoxide detection, overhead fluids and compressed air. The construction cost was $4.2 million.
