Weigand Associates, Inc. (WAI) is a Woman Owned Small Business entity located in Germantown, Maryland and Harrisburg, PA.  WAI was formed in 1992 to provide premier mechanical, plumbing, and electrical engineering design services for architecture.   Our services also include lighting design, fire protection, HVAC acoustical engineering, energy modeling, MEP LEED consulting, and commissioning.

WAI has developed a strong niche for governmental, educational, commercial, mission critical, medical, religious, and high-end residential projects.  We are deeply committed to providing the highest quality of service to our clients and take pride in developing innovative engineering solutions for every project.
